Your Personal Sizing Session

Your consultation will include a Personal Breast Sizing and Shaping Session with our Patient Coordinator at Ganchi Plastic Surgery. The purpose of this session is to allow you to “try on” a variety of breast implant sizes and shapes. This process allows you to see the possible outcomes. This session is informal, helping you to get a better idea of the breast implants that are best for you. We won’t be taking any pictures, and you are welcome to bring a friend or loved one with you.

What Are Implant Sizers?

Implant sizers are inserts made of materials like silicone. They are placed in the bra during a breast sizing session to give patients a sense of the potential results of their breast augmentation.

A variety of sizers are available to mimic the results of different implant volumes. While many people assume that breast implant size is measured using cup size, it is actually measured using volume in cubic centimeters (ccs). Breast implants can be anywhere from 80ccs to 800ccs in volume.

Two different volumes of sizers can be used in cases where current breast sizes are asymmetrical. This can approximate the feeling of restored symmetry.

Measurements for Determining Your Implant Size

In order to understand which breast implant size is best to achieve a patient’s aesthetic goals, their frame and body type must be measured. Height, weight, and current breast size all play a role in determining the best breast implants for each patient.

Measurements like rib cage width and circumference, hip width, and shoulder width will all be taken during a breast sizing consultation. The hip-to-waist ratio will also be measured.

  I just had my rhinoplasty surgery 1 week ago . Dr. Ganchi did an amazing job. Exactly what I was hoping for is what I received. I was unsure about the surgery and the process because I never had any before. The whole staff was great, patient, understanding and took great care of me. Dr. Ganchi has such a soft, gentle touch and takes his time. It shows with the results. Very minimal bruising first day and after that gone. Day by day, results are getting better and better.   Recently I had reconstructive nose surgery. The process was simple. So far I am 10 days into the recovery phase. It has not been scary or dreadful. Swelling around the eyes reduced after a few days! All that is left is keeping my nose protected!   Greetings all! I recently had labiaplasty done with Dr.Ganchi. I found Dr.Ganchi’s practice long before life gave me time to proceed with this procedure. Therefore I was very happy through each step of the way. After a wonderful consultation in which Dr.Ganchi thoroughly explained what I should expect as far as having the procedure done and the healing process etc. I too am thorough and was left without a question to ask. The front desk staff is fabulous. They were informative which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I even purchased a facial and they were sweet and helpful. The surgery room was airy and I loved my view. I was totally comfortable during the entire procedure. I went right in and in no time I was home. The healing process was just as I was told it would be so felt just fine all throughout. I went back to work on the seventh day after the procedure. I am proud of myself for achieving this and you should too. It’s a life changer in many ways, from clothes feeling comfortable to wiping differently after peeing.   Best decision I've ever made. Period.

For most, plastic surgery decisions are life changing. Not only physically, but mentally as well. Going under the knife voluntarily is a wild experience because YOU choose the surgeon, and with the surgeon, their team.
