Dr. Ganchi spent a very good amount of time discussing the entire procedure. He also took the time to get to know me and what I was hoping for after the surgery. He answered all of my questions before I could ask them. He anticipated my questions and concerns. Bottom line is he took the time. The instructions were perfect and clear.
