Patient had breast augmentation surgery done elsewhere. She was unhappy due to one breast being higher and feeling harder than the other breast. Dr. Ganchi removed her 25 year old implants (breast implant removal) and adjusted the implant pocket and removed scar tissue (capsulotomy/ capsulectomy). Breast symmetry was achieved and the patient regained her soft natural looking breasts.
