Patient desired fuller breasts and a slightly smaller areolar. She had breast augmentation with a periareolar lift surgery. An incision was made around the darker pigment of the nipple and some skin was removed. A smaller areolar and a moderate lift was achieved, along with larger natural looking breasts.
