This patient was concerned about looking older and more tired than he is. Dr. Ganchi performed an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) which removed excess skin and “bags” under his eyes. A fat transfer was also done to smooth out the lower lids. The three procedures together successfully rejuvenated his face.
