This patient had a severe capsular contracture of her breasts. Her breasts were hard, distorted and painful (Baker Grade IV). Dr. Ganchi performed a capsulectomy surgery where the scar tissue around the implants was removed. The implants were replaced with new Allergan Natrelle brand silicone implants.
