This patient developed a breast implant contracture where her breasts became hard, tight and distorted. Dr. Ganchi removed the scar tissue (capsulectomy) that caused this to condition to happen. He also removed skin around her areolas (the darkened skin that surrounds the nipples). By doing both procedures, symmetric breasts were achieved.
