This patient presented with Baker Grade III capsular contracture (firmness and distortion). She had capsulectomy (removal of hardened tissue) and implant exchange surgery. Dr. Ganchi also performed a breast lift. These procedures gave this patient a natural, lifted, soft silhouette.
