Patient was concerned about looking tired. A lower blepharoplasty was performed which removed fat pockets (eyelid bags) and skin. Her own fat was extracted from her abdomen and injected to her lower lids to smooth and fill in the hollows (fat transfer). The result is a refreshed, younger looking face.
