This patient consulted with Dr. Ganchi regarding her upper eyelids. She was concerned that the extra skin on her lids made her look tired and made it difficult to apply eye makeup. An upper blepharoplasty was performed where the extra skin was surgically removed utilizing an incision in the crease of her lids. This procedure can be done locally (without anesthesia) or with sedation. One week after the procedure, the sutures were removed revealing a more vibrant appearance.
