An eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) was done to remove the excess skin of this patient’s upper lids. She also had a lower blepharoplasty to remove the bulges (fat composites in pockets “bags”) that contributed to her tired looking eyes. In addition, fat was injected to her lower lids and cheeks to restore fat loss and fill in the hollows.
