Patient was not happy with the width of his nose and desired for it be narrower. Dr. Ganchi did a rhinoplasty (nose job) which reduced his bump and straightened his nose. An alar reduction (alarplasty) was also performed which narrowed the width of his nostrils and made his nose appear smaller and more proportional.
