This 19 year old male was unhappy with his profile due to a prominent bump (dorsal hump). Dr. Ganchi performed a rhinoplasty (nose job) which reshaped the bone and cartilage to achieve facial balance. Immediately after the surgery was completed, a splint was applied to the outside of the nose which protected the newly shaped nose and minimized swelling. Seven days later the split was removed, revealing a well balance profile.
