Kathy Wakile of RHONJ is a rhinoplasty patient of Dr.Ganchi and a friend of all of us at the center. She always looks great and is certainly happy with the results of her nose surgery. So, when her friend Dina Manzo mentioned she was thinking about getting some work done on her nose, Kathy suggested she get a consultation with Dr. Ganchi here at Ganchi Plastic Surgery.

Kathy Wakile – Before-After RhinoplastyIt seems Dina had been thinking about having rhinoplasty for some time and when she saw Kathy’s nose she knew that was the kind of result she wanted.

When Kathy brought Dina and Dina’s daughter, Lexie into our clinic to receive their consultation from Dr. Ganchi, the camera crew from RHONJ came right along with them.

Dina Manzo and Dr. Ganchi at Ganchi Plastic SurgeryThe crew filmed everything from Dina, Kathy and Lexie chatting in the waiting room, to the actual consultation, including some fun demonstrating rhinoplasty results using the Vectra 3D Imaging System. This advanced system allowed us to see a picture of the patient herself, in this case, it was Dina and Lexie, and view how various changes in the nose would affect their faces – fascinating to see and, even more importantly, a great tool for the doctor in creating his surgical plan.

Dina and Lexie talked to Dr. Ganchi about the idea of mother-daughter nose jobs and discovered they might be the first to discuss this idea with the doctor and might be setting a trend for future rhinoplasties.

It was a pleasure to have the RHONJ crew here and to get a chance to consult with Dina Manzo and her daughter Lexie. We were also happy to visit with our friend Kathy Wakile again and see her so happy with her rhinoplasty results. She looked great, as always!
